  1. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  2. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  3. You are voluntarily and knowingly enrolling as a private member of the Association;
  4. You have had a meaningful opportunity to read, review, and ask questions about these Terms prior to acceptance, and you have either reviewed them or knowingly waived your right to do so;
  5. Your enrollment is for your personal educational and informational benefit and not on behalf of any third party unless expressly authorized in writing.

Section 02

Nature of the Association

PURE Life Wellness Association is a private membership association organized under common law and operates as a private wellness ministry. The Association exists to:

  • Provide educational content, lifestyle resources, and informational materials on regenerative wellness, biological sciences, and related topics for the benefit of its Members;
  • Coordinate access to wellness-related resources, advisory support, and educational programs among consenting Members;
  • Facilitate private peer-to-peer educational exchange and resource access within the protected framework of private membership.

The Association does not operate as a clinic, medical practice, pharmacy, hospital, or licensed healthcare provider. The Association does not practice medicine, provide medical care, or establish any clinician-patient relationship with any Member.

Section 03

Educational Purpose and No Medical Claims

All content, resources, communications, products, and materials made available through the Association — including written materials, videos, courses, consultations, advisory calls, wellness protocols, and biological products distributed under member sponsorship — are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Association does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease, illness, injury, or medical condition;
  • No statement made by the Association, its representatives, contracted providers, advisors, or affiliates should be construed as a medical recommendation or a substitute for the advice of a licensed healthcare professional;
  • Biological products and materials referenced or distributed within the Association are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease, and any reference to such materials within the Association is strictly educational;
  • No outcomes, results, improvements, or benefits are promised, guaranteed, or warranted, expressly or implicitly;
  • Individual experiences vary widely and depend on numerous factors outside the Association's control;
  • You are solely responsible for consulting your own licensed healthcare professional regarding any decision relating to your health, medications, or treatment.

Section 04

Member Acknowledgment of Truthful Disclosure

By submitting this form, any Association intake form, any qualification questionnaire, or any other request for information, you affirm and acknowledge that:

  • All answers and information you have provided are true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • You have not withheld, misrepresented, or omitted any information that may be relevant to your eligibility for, safety in, or appropriate participation in Association resources or programs;
  • You understand that providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your membership, may compromise your personal safety, and fully releases the Association, its officers, contractors, and affiliates from any responsibility for adverse consequences arising from such inaccuracy;
  • You agree to promptly notify the Association if any material information you have provided changes;
  • You have had the opportunity to review these Terms in full and to ask questions before submitting this form.

Section 05

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept that participation in any educational program, wellness protocol, advisory session, or member-facilitated activity associated with the Association is entirely voluntary and may carry inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for:

  • Your decision to participate in Association programs, resources, and educational materials;
  • Your decision to receive, use, or apply any biological product distributed under member sponsorship within the Association;
  • Any personal, physical, emotional, financial, or other outcome resulting from your participation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any claim against the Association, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliated providers, or representatives arising from your voluntary participation.

Section 06

  • Billing and transaction details for any purchased resources;
  • Information you voluntarily provide in intake forms, screening questionnaires, or communications;
  • Basic website analytics (pages visited, device type, general location).

How we use your information

  • To administer your membership and deliver requested resources;

  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and technology vendors) bound by confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.

Section 07

Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from the Association via email, SMS text message, and/or telephone — including transactional, account-related, educational, and promotional messages. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by:

Section 08

Member-Only Access and Confidentiality

Membership content, educational materials, internal protocols, and proprietary resources are provided solely for your personal use as a Member. You agree:

  • Not to redistribute, resell, copy, share, post, or republish any Association materials without express written consent;
  • To maintain confidentiality regarding non-public Association protocols, internal documents, and proprietary information;
  • That any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership and may give rise to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

The Association reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership at its sole discretion for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, dishonesty, or violation of these Terms.

Section 09

Payments, Refunds, and Fulfillment

All payments, billing, fulfillment, and refund terms are governed by the Association's separate Refund & Fulfillment Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By purchasing resources, products, or services from the Association, you agree to those terms.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content created, curated, or distributed by the Association — including written materials, videos, course content, branding, logos, trademarks, and protocols — is the intellectual property of PURE LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for personal educational use only. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Association, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your membership, participation, or any Association content, resource, or communication;
  • The total cumulative liability of the Association for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid to the Association in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim;
  • This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of recovery and survives termination of membership.

Section 12

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Association, PURE LLC, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your misuse of any Association resource, product, or content;
  • Any false, incomplete, or misleading information you have provided;
  • Your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.

Section 13

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your membership shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, or by remote proceeding if mutually agreed.

You agree to bring any claim individually and waive any right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Section 14

Security

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk and that the Association cannot guarantee absolute security.

Section 15

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Association resources after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active Members by email.

Section 16

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 17

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Refund & Fulfillment Policy and any other incorporated agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Association regarding your membership and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, written or oral.
