1. Private Membership Agreement

By joining PURE Life Wellness Association (“Association”), you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a private contract. Our services and educational wellness offerings are exclusive to members. By joining, you confirm:

• You are voluntarily becoming a member.
• You are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to join.
• You are acting in private capacity, not on behalf of any regulatory agency.
• You understand this Association is protected under the U.S. Constitution's rights to assembly, speech, and privacy.

2. Purpose of the Association

The Association educates members on wellness, natural lifestyle, and regenerative options. This includes access to supportive tools and private protocols that may involve cellular wellness and regenerative product education. No content or products are intended to diagnose or cure disease.

3. Disclaimers

• All materials are for private educational use only.
• None are evaluated by the U.S. FDA.
• No guarantees or medical claims are made.
• Always consult your licensed healthcare provider.

4. Privacy & Communications

By becoming a member, you agree to receive communication from us via email, SMS, or phone. Standard rates may apply. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

5. Member-Only Access

All content, protocols, and product access is reserved for private members only. Sharing of protected material is strictly prohibited.

6. Payment, Refund & Fulfillment

All purchases are final. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our educational wellness tools, we do not offer returns. Damaged or compromised items (e.g., leaking or crushed) must be reported with photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery for review. Contact support to initiate a resolution process.

7. Membership Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke membership if terms are violated, bad faith is demonstrated, or if our privacy protocols are compromised.

8. Legal Protections

This Association operates privately and is protected under the First and Fourteenth Amendments. All actions are private, not subject to public law.
