Getting Into & Around Your Portal
Everything you need to log in, get back in if you're locked out, and find your way around your private PURE portal.
Signing In
4 easy ways to log in
One-tap link (no password). Use the link we texted or emailed you — it takes you straight in.
Continue with Google. Fastest option — tap "Continue with Google" and you're in.
Email & password. Enter the email tied to your account and your password.
Sign in with a secure code. Choose "Sign in with a secure code" and we'll send a one-time code to your email.
🔑 Always use the email tied to your account — the one you registered with. Forgot your password? Tap "Reset password" right on the login screen and follow the email we send.
🔒 Locked out or link expired? Call or text us at 928-928-0223, email [email protected] — or fill out the quick form below and our team will send you your magic access link. No password needed and we'll get you right back in.

How to move around
Courses — your resources appear here as courses. Click one to open it, then use the lesson menu on the left to move between lessons.
Dashboard — your home base; pick up where you left off.
Invoices · Estimates · Contracts · Shared Files — all in the left menu.
Account Settings — update your profile, change your password, and set notifications.
Your Resource Center — inside your hub, it maps everything you have access to and how to get anything that's by request.
Make It Easy Next Time
Save your portal for one-tap access
On your phone — install it to your Home Screen (recommended). Open the portal in your browser, then:
• iPhone (Safari): tap the Share icon → Add to Home Screen.
• Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu → Install app / Add to Home screen.
You'll get an app-style icon that opens straight to your portal. Note: this is NOT the Apple App Store or Google Play app — use the "Add to Home Screen" option in your browser. That version is better.
On a computer — bookmark it. Save the portal to your bookmarks/favorites for one-click access from now on.

Your portal is your one home for everything — all in a single, easy-to-find place: your courses and future resource activations, invoices, estimates, contracts, and the documents we email you (saved under Shared Files, so you never have to dig through your inbox). New resources are added over time — you'll always find them right here.
